How the Human Capital HR-Tech Accelerator Works

We’ll work with you to understand your company’s strategy and objectives and find you the very best startups to solve those challenges. You and your staff will have access to the startups and the opportunity to engage and collaborate with them over the course of the program. At the conclusion of the program, Slingshot will continue to incubate the successful startups. Platinum and Gold Partners will have the right to invest in their preferred startups.



What is an Accelerator?

Accelerators provide early stage technology
entrepreneurs with resources, advice,
investment, training and contacts. The general
features of an accelerator are:

  • An application process that is open yet highly competitive
  • Provision of pre-seed investment, usually in exchange for equity
  • A focus on small teams not individuals
  • Time-limited support comprising programmed events and intensive mentoring
  • Startups supported in cohort batches or Evidence Based Learning “intakes”
