The typical process for running an Accelerator, whether it be with an internal or external focus, includes the following five steps:
Over a period of roughly one month we search for the best employee ideas and/or Startups and Scaleups from around the country or internationally that meet your criteria.
Shortlisted ideas and businesses will have the opportunity to pitch in front of a carefully selected panel and attempt to secure a position within the program. The panel consists of key decision makers from the corporate and our internal staff.
12 Week Program
We run a 12-week accelerator program where founders have access to industry mentors, and also key players from within the Corporate. The goal is to accelerate their growth using lean Startup methodology, and investigate potential synergies between their idea, the business and the Corporate.
Founders pitch in front of an audience of key stakeholders from the Corporate, potential investors, and industry leaders.
Selected teams will undergo additional support for a three month period from the Corporate in efforts to solidify potential synergies.
